Neil & Sarah McCann
Neil is a career chef with over 20 years’ experience. Neil trained in his home coastal town of Bangor, County Down, working in award winning seafood restaurants.
With Sarah being a local girl, they are both passionate about British, and locally sourced produce from both local and artisan suppliers.
Neil & Sarah have been working together for the last 12 years, opening and running pubs and restaurants both in the corporate world and for independents.
They moved back to Sarah’s home county of Shropshire to settle down, and after working locally for the last few years, they took the opportunity to take The Pound Inn over and look forward to welcoming you.
